My involvement in Winnall Primary School as a governor seemed like an obvious choice.  I am a retired teacher, I have lived in the area for 40 years and I was the local councillor, so I knew what a great job the school was doing and the benefits it was bringing to the community.  I am very proud to have been part of the school as it made improvements and I am committed to supporting the future aspirations of the staff and headteacher of Winnall in "achieving our best together".
